EVA foam stormtrooper armor build
Jan 23, 2021 · I have been making a stormtrooper out of EVA foam. here are pics plastidiped thighs velcro straps (still need to sew) everything else wip chest I am about 70% done, I still need shins and thermal detonator.

Dec 12, 2016 · But when you build the armor with foam. Use a white foam! With the plasti dip color it can be bad when you wear the armor! I have it too. The color is black from the foam on many things! With white foam you don't need to be paint it . And buy not the 1cm foam it is damn hot in this armor with this foam! 0,5cm foam is better

Clone Trooper Foam Full Armor (With Free Files)
May 8, 2019 · Hello everyone. I just wanted to share the Armor that I made and the foam files that I used to make my armor below. The files were heavily modified from the BSD Rex files that I found online. I would say the armor is 95% screen accurate to the TCW version of the clone trooper, so it is not perfect but it's pretty close.

Jun 24, 2020 · Does anyone have a Stormtrooper armor template? I wanna build my armor from PVC, but I don't have armor templates that I can trace on the sheet and cut out. Does anyone have a printout template that I can use that are up to 501st standards? It would be a big help. Also any tips creating armor out of PVC sheets or armor tips in general?

Reference was scarce (for polygonal modeling) and I just made the Helmet back then. It was pretty decent but some details were off and the shape of the dome wasn't 100%.
