My computer's manufacturer gives me the *exact same bluetooth driver* that is currently installed. How does this help me?

Below is the support page for your laptop on the HP website, expand the network section, there you will find 2 Bluetooth drivers, one is Broadcom and the other is Realtek, one of those will be compatible with your laptop, install that driver to enable Bluetooth on your laptop . . .
