Nigel Farage has said a Reform UK government will carry out the “mass deportation” of illegal immigrants – despite previously saying it was “impossible”. He will unveil his party’s full plan to tackle rising immigration at a press conference on Tuesday.

Reform would bar anyone arriving in the UK by small boats from claiming asylum and require them to be held in detention centres.

Nigel Farage has unveiled a hardline immigration plan, pledging to withdraw the UK from the European Convention on Human Rights and carry out mass deportations of asylum seekers if his Reform UK party comes to power.
