You can get Honeycomb in Minecraft by harvesting it from a Bee Nest, and then you can use it to make Beehives of your own.
In "Minecraft's" Creative or Spectator modes, you can fly by double-tapping the jump button, but in Survival mode, you'll need to find an Elytra.
