The City of Denver has changed its 311 service hours and is directing residents to use its new chatbot to answer questions.
The City and County of Denver will have Denver's 311 lines open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. But "Sunny" the 311 chatbot, will be available 24/7.
