Wrestlepalooza will run directly opposite All Elite Wrestling's marquee PPV, AEW All Out. Launching a new PPV on the same day as All Out continues WWE's recent pattern of running events opposite the No. 2 U.S. wrestling promotion.
RAW took place at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which is the same city that was the birthplace of ECW. Paul Heyman hyped up a Street Fight between Bron Breakker and Jey Uso by recalling some of the biggest names in ECW history.

WWE is reportedly planning to bring back the old ECW event Wrestlepalooza for its September premium live event. AEW will hold its All Out pay-per-view in Toronto on September 20. It was reported by Dave Metlzer that WWE plans to run a premium live event on the same day.
A name has reportedly been chosen for WWE's new September premium live event, and it is a throwback to the extreme era of the 1990s. According to a new report, WWE will be reviving the classic ECW pay-per-view name, "Wrestlepalooza."
With it previously reported that WWE was looking to counter-program AEW All Out with its own special event on 20 September, it appears that the market leader is turning to ECW for inspiration. Per WrestleVotes, it looks like WWE is reintroducing the Wrestlepalooza name for this show:
