為解決公職獸醫師人力短缺及薪資落差問題，行政院已核定，自2025年6月1日起，提供每位公職獸醫師與獸醫佐每月新台幣1~3萬元「不開業獎金」，以實質改善薪資結構，縮小與民間動物醫院的薪資差距，盼藉此穩定防疫體系、留住基層防線人力。
