James Gunn is looking back on the "terrible" experience of telling Henry Cavill he was being replaced as Superman by David Corenswet.

Henry Cavill announced he was returning to play Superman in the next movie, having reportedly left his role in The Witcher to do so. Then, just two months later, he confirmed he had been dropped from the movie.
