Bengals defensive end Trey Hendrickson isn’t in uniform for the team’s preseason game on Monday night vs. the Commanders. But before the game, he told ESPN’s Laura Rutledge prior to the Monday Night Football broadcast that there is really only one thing standing in the way of him and the Bengals agreeing to a new contract extension: guaranteed money.

Bengals defensive end Trey Hendrickson made the trip with the team for the game Monday night against the Commanders, but did not play.

The Washington Commanders host the Cincinnati Bengals to close out Week 2 of the NFL Preseason on Monday, Aug. 18.
