Amazon's Alexa Home Theater feature invites you to buy five Echo Studios and use them as a home theater system.

Among the horde of new devices Amazon unveiled during its New York City event on Tuesday are two new Echo speakers: a higher-end Echo Dot called the Echo Dot Max and a next-generation Echo Studio with a new ball-shaped design.

Amazon has unveiled four new AI-powered Echo devices that are all purpose-built for Alexa+, which launched earlier this year.

The new smart speakers and smart displays promise to 'enable smarter, more personalized, and proactive Alexa+ experiences,' Amazon says. They start at $99.99 for the Echo Dot Max.

On Sept. 30, Amazon revealed its newest generation of Echo smart speakers. The new Echo Studio and Echo Dot Max are available for pre-order now.
