You can slow down a TikTok video that you're recording through the "Speed" section of the app's video editor. There, you'll find two slo-mo options.

Camera app > Video > Shutter button > find image in the Photos app. One drawback: Photos taken while recording video on your iPhone have a lower resolution than regular photos.
