I need to upgrade my bios and I can't figure out for the life of me how to make a bootable floppy in windows XP. Does anyone know how?

The reason I did install the newest BIOS was due to a sudden reboot while in Photoshop. Information from the Event Viewer led me to think that in was problems with my BIOS, ACPI, and Windows XP ...
