To evolve your Inkay, you need to first level it to thirty. Once you do, you will not receive the usual notification that the Pokemon is ready to evolve. This is because you must also do one very unique thing. If you are in docked mode on your Nintendo Switch or Switch 2, then go into handheld mode and turn the console upside down.
