Discord has reported a security breach at its customer support partner Zendesk which may have exposed government IDs for millions of users.

Hackers have reportedly stolen more than two million government identification photos from Discord’s third-party support system and are now threatening to leak them unless the company pays a ransom.

Hackers behind Discord’s Zendesk breach are allegedly extorting the platform after stealing 2.1 million users’ ID photos.
