First, I cloned the Mac partition with CarbonCopyCloner to clone the Lion installation and then I used WinClone for the Bootcamp partition under Lion. Everything worked perfectly.

I recently cloned a 60GB Mac OS install from a 500GB HD to a 120GB SSD using CCC and it worked like a charm! CCC is dead simple to use and your volume will be bootable.
