The Giants, Raiders, and Browns all need quarterbacks. They could essentially keep their current picks and box the Jets out from acquiring one of the top signal-callers. Had Stafford gone to Vegas or the Giants, it's likely one of those teams would have tried to trade back in the draft. Now, a trade-up has become harder to picture.
