Washington state voters will decide whether to amend their constitution to allow funds from a long-term care insurance program to be invested in the stock market. It is the only statewide contest in a Nov.

Go to the state’s voting information site at votewa.gov. Enter your name and birthdate. On the left side, you should see an option to check “Ballot Status.” Click on that, and it should tell you where your ballot is.

Voters who received ballots in the mail must sign their document and can return their ballot via mail or deposit it at an official drop box, which will remain open until 8 p.m. on Election Day.
