Alabama men's basketball improved to 4-1 in SEC play with a 102-97 win over Kentucky. Crimson Tide head coach Nate Oats praised his team for bouncing back strongly from a recent loss to Ole Miss.

The Crimson Tide bounced back from a loss at home to Ole Miss on Tuesday by scoring 100-plus points for the fifth time this season.

Nate Oats and Mark Pope are two of the best offensive minds in college basketball. Their brilliance was put on full display Saturday in Rupp Arena as Alabama and Kentucky combined to score 199 points in a 102-97 win for the Crimson Tide.
