A woman was found dead yesterday with an 8-foot python snake wrapped around her neck, according to Indiana State Police.

The python wrapped itself around her torso, beating her down to the kitchen floor. At one point, the woman tried to grab the snake by its head, but the python only tightened its hold on her.
