Today, OpenAI announced ChatGPT agent, which improves on its promising, but limited Operator feature announced a few months ago.

Meanwhile, Microsoft 365 provides web-based chat and agentic features (on a pay-as-you-go model) but requires a higher investment to unlock AI functionality within its work apps.

Microsoft is adding OpenAI’s o1 model to its Copilot AI experience as a feature called Think Deeper. It is available for free to all users with a Microsoft account.

The platform comprises a web-based chat application and a toolkit for seamless integration with DApps.

OpenAI will soon offer its Deep Research feature, which allows for extended AI research tasks, to free ChatGPT users, expanding access beyond paid subscribers.
