3 Ways to Open the Windows Programs and Features Tool
Use the Control Panel The classic Control Panel is still available in Windows 11, and you can use it to access Programs and Features if you prefer clicking to typing.

The Programs and Features tab in the Control Panel also has all the installed programs. If you cannot find a program using these three methods, the program is not installed on your PC.
Now, type control panel into the run box and press Ente r. This command will open Control Panel; click on Programs and Features on the Control Panel window.
