OneNote provides a way to convert handwritten notes to text via the Lasso Select tool (Draw tab) to access Ink to Text.
You can now bold and italicize in Notepad — no, seriously Convert handwriting to text: Take quick handwritten notes, and later convert them to text to align with the rest of your content.
Now, double-click and drag the cursor around the handwriting that you want to convert. Click Ink to Text in the Draw tab. OneNote will then convert your handwriting to typed text.
