Sprinter Annalise Hart ran a program No. 3 time of 57.11 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Mt. SAC Relays Saturday afternoon.

Commissioners this week approved new staff positions for the county's Holistic Assistance Response Team, which will expand the program to serve all parts of unincorporated Harris County.
