This feature lets you view your presentation with your speaker's notes on one monitor, while hiding your notes from your audience as the presentation plays on another monitor.
Click "File," then "Open" in PowerPoint. Search for the presentation to use with laptop speaker notes and double-click it.
With two monitors, run PowerPoint or Keynote in full-screen mode to see your notes and gain presenter tools, and you can’t see people in the presentation—especially important for teachers.
To project your slide notes on the laptop while showing different slides on the second display, just click the Slide Show tab and check the option that says Use Presenter View.
