Sticky Notes are usually used in workflow environments to gain feedback from other users. Users cannot post Sticky Notes to a PDF document if comments are disabled by the creator of the document.

Adding Sticky Notes and Highlighting a PDF Select the Sticky Note tool from the Annotations panel. Click, or click and drag, on a PDF document page to create a note.
