Delete the RunAs key present under the shell Registry key. Restart File Explorer and this will completely disable the Run as administrator option in the right-click menu of Windows 11.

You can add or remove Run as Administrator option in right-click context menu for PS1 PowerShell files on Windows by editing the Registry or using fix.
