You can set a print area in Google Sheets to print selected cells or sheets. The print area is how much of your spreadsheet will be printed.

Google Sheets overrides the original data. If you want to use full names later, copy the rows, paste them to another column or sheet, and run the Split text to columns function.

Google Sheets' freezing function allows you to pin not just the topmost row and leftmost column to your view but even create larger, more specific freeze-frames based on your preferences.
