A new Xbox update coming to the Insider program lets users map keyboard keys to your controller.

A new Xbox Series X update for Xbox Insiders has been rolled out which allows users to use keyboard keys on controllers.

Seems rather annoying (and confusing) to have to remember which keyboard keys are for which game controller button and which keys do what in every game.

For starters, Xbox says that keyboard mapping will support mapping a controller button to a single key. This does not include the modifier keys like alt, ctrl, win, or shift.

With the Xbox October Update, players will now be able to map keyboard buttons to their controller, edit Xbox clips more easily from Clipchamp, and more.
