Drag & drop with Windows 10 Microsoft has already started making it simpler to work among Android/Samsung gadgets and PCs.

Microsoft said it’s expedited the ability to drag and drop windows between virtual desktops, eliminating the clunky keyboard shortcuts that Windows 10 currently forces one to use.

The Drag and Drop feature was available on earlier versions of Windows such as Windows 10, then Microsoft (don’t know why) decided to remove it from Windows 11.

You can drag and drop files into OneDrive by locating and selecting them in Windows' File Explorer and moving them to the OneDrive folder.

So, drag-and-drop phone-to-PC transfers aren't perfect yet, which is probably why for the moment it's only available to users in the Windows Insiders Windows 10 preview program.
