To format a USB drive in NTFS File System, you can use the Command Prompt or the File Explorer in Windows 11/10. This guide shows you how.
In my experience NTFS Is more robust and I format all USB drives for Windows in NTFS. Linux can read and write NTFS (you may need to install ntfs-3g for writing).
