The Abilene Public Library will teach the basics of computer use in classes on Aug. 18, 24 and 30.

Classes include: ·Computer Basics: 10 a.m., Jan. 6, 2009, is an introduction to the computer and includes hands-on practice and tips for using a mouse.

Basic computer education courses are offered; Microsoft Certification and Introduction to Microsoft are also offered. Computer classes are taught during the week, as well as weekend hours.

Level Up! Introduction to Computer Navigation classes are offered from 5 to 6 p.m. on several weeknights at locations around Topeka.

If you struggle using your computer and just wish that you knew more, The Marathon County Public Library is offering some classes to make it easier.

Arrowhead High School will offer classes in computer science and EMT starting in the 2018-19 school year.
