Toledo voters re-elect Mayor Kapszukiewicz for a third term

TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz will become the first Toledo mayor to serve a third consecutive term. Voters re-elected Kapszukiewicz, 53, a Democrat, with 60% of the vote. His third term is made possible after voters approved a charter amendment last November to allow mayors to serve up to three consecutive terms in office.
