The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory at 5:44 a.m. on Friday in effect until 1 p.m. for Central Oregon.

The combination of cool temperatures and showery weather has meant Willamette Valley snow is possible at lower elevations throughout this week.

Slushy and slick conditions possible across the morning hours around Portland and Vancouver. Be sure to give yourself extra time for the commute tomorrow morning.
