A teenage girl from Wake County has filed a lawsuit against tech giants Roblox and Discord, alleging that she was sexually abused through their platforms by a 20-year-old man from Louisiana.

Roblox and Discord have been sued by a mother after her daughter was targeted by a man posing as a boy who convinced her to send sexually explicit photos.

Ethan Dallas was targeted by an adult sexual predator on Roblox when he was 12, and later on Discord, according to a lawsuit.
