So, that’s exactly what they did on the patio of their Pennsylvania home—and Kate still has the adorable photos to prove it. “They are the most precious pictures,” the 50-year-old gushed.

Today, the Gosselin sextuplets are 21 years old. On May 10, Kate shared pictures on Instagram of daughters Alexis and Leah and sons Joel and Aaden on Instagram celebrating their milestone birthday.
