Highlights in Visual Studio 15.9 include improvements for Universal Windows Platform development and C++ debugging.

Microsoft has rolled out Visual Studio 2017 version 15.7 Preview 2. Along with a few fixes, the new features include automatic updates for sideloaded APPX packages, TypeScript 2.8 inclusion and more.
