KYIV (Reuters) -Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy marked Independence Day on Sunday alongside Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, who said Ukraine would receive more than C$1 billion ($723 million) in military aid from a previously announced package next month.
