The San Francisco 49ers have placed T Trent Williams on the Injured Reserve list, signed OL Matt Hennessy to a two-year deal and OL Sebastian Gutierrez to the team’s practice squad.

Offensive tackle Jaylon Moore was officially placed on IR with a quad injury he sustained in the 49ers’ Week 16 loss to the Miami Dolphins. Head coach Kyle Shanahan on Monday in a conference call told reporters Moore would be out for the final two games of the regular season. His placement on IR means his season is over.
