Adebowale Oyelekan, 40, was charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 66-year-old Victoria Olson of Thornton, Lansing police said.

Lansing police responded to the Walmart at 17625 Torrence Avenue for a report of shots fired. There, they found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds.

A 40-year-old man suspected of fatally shooting a woman in a Walmart parking lot in south suburban Lansing Saturday afternoon is in custody.
