Genmab A/S (Nasdaq: GMAB) said on Monday that Johnson & Johnson (J&J) has decided not to exercise its option to obtain a worldwide license for the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of HexaBody-CD38.
Genmab stock tumbles after J&J opts out of licensing deal
The decision comes after Genmab provided J&J with data from a clinical proof-of-concept study, which included a head-to-head comparison with DARZALEX FASPRO® (daratumumab and hyaluronidase fihj) in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
