Police were asking the public Wednesday to look out for a mother and young daughter who went missing from their Brooklyn home this week. A Massachusetts man wanted for an attempted murder in Brooklyn earlier this year has been arrested in Worcester, authorities said Tuesday. Gregory Alphonso, 33, was nabbed Monday in the Massachusetts city about 35 miles west of Boston, the U.S. Marshals Service said in a press release.
