According to NBA Insider Brett Seigel, Bradley Beal refused to join the Lakers despite extensive conversation between his representation and the team.

Lawrence Frank says that James Harden has allowed the Clippers to go after players this offseason. Because Harden restructured his deal, giving Clippers cap space to get Bradley Beal and Brook Lopez and second-year of his deal allows Clippers to have max cap space if needed.

LA is set to bring in three-time All-Star Bradley Beal, who spent the past two seasons with the Suns. Beal and the Suns reached a buyout agreement on Wednesday, July 16, paving the way for the Clippers to sign Beal on a two-year deal worth $11 million, according to ESPN's Shams Charania.
