Jon Stewart unloaded on Paramount over its decision to cancel Stephen Colbert's show and opined about the future of late night.

After Stephen Colbert announced "The Late Show" was being canceled by CBS, fellow late-night hosts Jon Stewart, John Oliver, Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers, plus other hosts and comedians, showed up to support him.

In his first episode since announcing the cancellation of "Late Show," Stephen Colbert had choice words for Trump, who'd celebrated the news.

Show" host warned TV networks against giving in to "corporate fear" over President Donald Trump's "fragile and vengeful" demeanor.

Show' host, who started his Monday broadcast addressing his ‘Late Show’ counterpart’s cancellation, also posted on social media last week about the news.

Monday night's (July 21) show also featured kiss cam-style pop-ins from supportive fellow talkers Anderson Cooper, Jimmy Fallon, Jon Stewart and Adam Sandler.

The former "Late Show" host took on the network after it announced its plans to take his old program off the air.
